Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – A mobile unit dedicated to connecting veterans, active servicemembers, and their families to resources is visiting Fayette County this week.
The Beckley Vet Center will host its mobile vet unit on Wednesday, April 23, at Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene from 10:00 am to noon.
The free event provides much-needed services, such as mental health counseling for depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and psychological effects of military sexual trauma.
Additional resources will be available to connect veterans, active servicemembers, and their families with more support from Veterans Affairs.
