GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A missing juvenile from Ohio is found with injuries in Greenbrier County.
On Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at approximately 7:39 am, members of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious person outside of a residence near the West Virginia/Virginia State line. Upon arrival, officers learned the individual had suffered injuries and the victim was transported to Greenbrier Valley Medical Center for treatment by White Sulphur Springs Rescue.
The individual is believed to be a missing juvenile from the state of Ohio and investigators with the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s office are working with outside law enforcement agencies to make a positive identification, and to determine the sequence of events which brought the juvenile to Greenbrier County and how their injuries were sustained. The investigation is ongoing.
