UPDATE: Missing Fayette County Teenager Has Been Found Safe

UPDATE: The missing teenager, Jasen Scarbrough, has been found safe.


FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County boy is missing and officials need your help locating him.

According to Leah Michelle, her son Jasen Scarbrough, 19, was last seen leaving Ansted on Friday, November 23, 2018, at around 9 pm. He told his girlfriend that he was walking to Oak Hill and no one has heard from him since.

Jasen was last seen walking on foot, wearing a navy blue hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He goes by “Jay” or Jasen.

If you have seen him you are asked to call the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department or his mother Leah Michelle on Facebook.
