BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – The Bluefield West Virginia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in trying to locate a missing person.
Punkin Kenebrew from Bluefield, WV went missing and his family has been unable to locate him since Friday, 5/11/18.
