NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A man has been arrested after sexually abusing a female juvenile under his care.
According to court documents, Charles Farley has been accused of sexually abusing a female juvenile on at least two different occasions from 2019-2020. Farley also inappropriately touched the female while she was living with him.
Charles Farley has been charged with sexual abuse. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a $125,000 bond.
