Local Beef or Black Bean Sliders w/Veggie Salad at Lewisburg Farmers Market

LEWISBURG, WV (WOAY)- Lisa Carter of Blue Moon Bagels and her team of culinary students from Davis Stuart return to the Lewisburg Farmers Market this Saturday to serve black bean or local beef sliders on a homemade roll with your choice of toppings and a veggie salad side for $3.50.

Sliders will be available from 9-Noon, the market is open from 8:30 – 1pm.

The featured beef is grass fed and grain finished from Tim and Carrie Hancock at Laurel Creek Farm in Wolf Creek. Don’t underestimate the great flavor of local, humanely raised beef, or the contribution a homemade roll can make to the taste and texture of this American classic.

The Lewisburg Farmers Market is located in the parking lot between the Post Office and the Lewisburg United Methodist Church on Saturdays from 8:30 to 1pm. LFM accepts SNAP, EBT, Senior Coupons and credit cards.

The members of the Lewisburg Farmers Market believe a single farmers market location in Lewisburg would benefit customers, vendors, and the community.
