CHARLESTON— Today, the inaugural committee for Governor-elect Jim Justice launched www.InaugurationWV.com to share information about the inaugural festivities.
The new website will supply West Virginians with information for the January 16, 2017, Justice inauguration ceremony at the State Capitol and the inaugural ball taking place at The Greenbrier that evening. Those interested in attending the festivities, should visit www.InaugurationWV.com where they can sign up to receive email updates as additional details become available.
West Virginians can buy individual tickets for the ball online startingJanuary 5.

1:00 PM— INAUGURAL CEREMONY AT THE CAPITOL
Governor-elect Justice will take the oath of office on South Plaza of the West Virginia State Capitol. For more information on the ceremony, including parking, follow this link.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING CEREMONY
Immediately following the ceremony, the Governor and First Lady, together with newly-inaugurated members of the Board of Public Works, will receive the public in the lower rotunda of the State Capitol.Click here for more information.
Reception in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
At the conclusion of the inaugural ceremony, there will be a reception in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., featuring live music by Bob Thompson and light refreshments in the Great Hall of the West Virginia Culture Center. Find reception details here.
7:30 PM— INAUGURAL BALL AT THE GREENBRIER
The inaugural ball is black tie optional and requires tickets. Individual tickets will go on sale January 5th. Entertainment for the evening will include a national headliner, Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr., the Walter Scott Trio, The West Virginia Jazz Orchestra, The Richard Hefner Bluegrass Band, and River Jam.
