IHOP changes name to IHOB: Here’s what the ‘b’ stands for

WEST VIRGINIA (WOAY)- The International House of Pancakes, more commonly known as IHOP, has changed its name.

After 60 years, the restaurant chain became “IHOb” – and the “b” stands for “burgers.”
IHOP, er, IHOb, announced the change last week, but didn’t reveal what it meant.

The chain’s Twitter bio reads “Burgers so burgerin’ good, we changed our name to IHOb. For burgers.”
