HINTON (WOAY) – Hinton man is arrested and facing two different charges.
George Henry Ruff, 28 of Hinton, WV, was arrested on Sunday, February 18th, 2018.
Ruff was charged with Obstructing and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Ruff is currently in Southern Regional Jail.
