FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY)- A Hico man faces felony charges in Fayette County following a domestic dispute
Late on Sunday afternoon, an individual met with deputies at the sheriff’s department who claimed his son had shot him.
The man stated to deputies that he was helping his son with a project on the son’s property when his son became angry and brandished a rifle and fired in his direction about 4 times.
The detectives obtained a search warrant, which was executed by the Fayette County Tactical Team and Detectives.
Christopher S. Marley, 34, of Hico, is charged with Four Counts of Wanton Endangerment.
Marley was transported to Southern Regional Jail to await further court proceedings.
