Hepatitis A Confirmed At Cheddar’s In Beckley

BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department has confirmed a worker has Hepatitis A at Cheddar’s in Beckley.

If you are at Cheddar’s in a Beckley between October 20th through October 31, you could be at risk and should consider getting the Hep A vaccine.

The restaurant is working with the Health Department to prevent new cases from arising.

Cheddar’s General Manager, William Farley, released the following statement: “While Hepatitis A is not easily transmitted from one person to another, we’ve been working closely with the local health department to ensure we have all of the right processes in place to protect our team members and our guests”
