Lewisburg, WV (WOAY) – A Greenbrier man was arrested on child pornography related charges.
According to a media release from The Greenbrier Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, 45-year-old Christopher Scott Adwell, of Dawson, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornographic images.
Adwell was arrested following a joint investigation conducted by multiple law enforcement agencies including:

According to the release, Christopher Scott Adwell was arrested, arraigned, placed on $30,000 dollar bond, and taken to Southern Regional Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office reminds parents and guardians to be hypervigilant about who their children are talking to on the internet, social media, snapchat and other forms of communication.
