Gov. Justice declares a State of Emergency in Fayette County

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a State of Emergency for Fayette County due to flash flooding.

Up to 6 inches of rain has fallen in parts of Oak Hill and Minden, which led to Flash Flooding.

Remember to never drive through flooded roads.
