Four arrested on drug charges in McDowell County

IAEGER, WV (WOAY) – Over the past weekend Deputies with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office, Troopers with the Welch Detachment of the West Virginia State Police and Iaeger Police Department along with members of the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime task force executed four warrants for the following individuals.
Debria Foddrell of Northfork WV was arrested and charged with three counts of Delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (crack) and Maintaining a dwelling for the use of selling drugs she was arraigned before magistrate Steve Cox and a bond of $80,000 was set. She had made bond and is currently awaiting trial.

Antonio Padgett of Welch, WV was arrested and charged with two counts of Delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (crack) and maintaining a vehicle for the use of selling drugs he was arraigned before magistrate Steve Cox and a bond of $55,000 was set he has made bond and is currently awaiting trial.

Delbert Kiser of Iaeger WV was arrested and charged with Delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone) and maintaining a dwelling to sell drugs. He was arraigned before magistrate Steve Cox, and a bond of $30,000 was set he has made bond and is currently awaiting trial.

Erica Benton of Bishop WV was arrested and charged with three counts of Delivery of a schedule I controlled substance (heroin) and maintaining a dwelling to sell drugs she was arraigned before Magistrate Steve Cox and a bond of $80,000 was set she has not made bond and is currently awaiting transport to the southwestern regional jail.
