Foggy Morning; Dry Streak Continues

WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Frosty conditions are affecting some of our eastern counties, and Frost Advisories and Freeze Watches have been issued until 9 AM. As the morning commute continues, fog will slowly dissipate over the region. The afternoon will be much brighter with sunny skies and temperatures in the 60s, making for another uneventful day after a couple of days worth of rainfall. Meteorologist Christian Boteler has the details:

The rest of the week will be mostly uneventful for us, but a coastal low will ride up into the Mid-Atlantic coast this weekend. This will bring good amounts of rain to the coast, and could bring a pop-up shower or two into our eastern counties this Sunday. However, this chance is fleeting at best, and we will likely stay dry for the weekend. The low to our east will be the main event for the next week or so as we continue to stay dry.

The next work week will stay dry as temperatures stay in the mid- to upper 60s and mostly sunny skies remain. This is a great time to get out and enjoy the weather as the fall colors start to kick in for parts of the region. Here’s your 7-Day Forecast:
