Fayetteville man facing drug charges

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY)- A Fayetteville man is facing drug charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Mike Fridley released the following information regarding this incident.

This afternoon a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy was conducting traffic enforcement on U.S. Route 19 in the Hilltop area.  The Deputy executed a stop on a vehicle for a traffic infraction.  After consent to search was granted, a quantity of heroin and methamphetamines was located concealed on the driver’s person. Also located were scales and a quantity of cash.

Todd Matthew Boucino, 50 of Fayetteville, was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics.  It was also determined that Boucino has an outstanding bench warrant out of the Fayette County Circuit Court. He will now await court proceedings.
