Fayette County Man In Jail After Breaking Into A Home And Threatening To Cut A Woman’s Throat

OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – One man is in jail after he broke into a home and made threats.

Daniel Gordon allegedly broke into a home and busted a bedroom door in.  Gordon then fell to his knees pulling out two knives on the victim and said, “she would have to stab him that he couldn’t live without her or he would cut her throat”.  The victim asked Gordon to give her a hug, pushed him down, grabbed the knives and ran to a neighbors home.

Gordon slashed two of the victims tires, too.

Gordon is charged with burglary, destruction of property, and domestic violence.

He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail under a 30,000 dollar bond.
