A Fayette County man has been arrested and charged after deputies say he deliberately hit someone with his car.
According to Fayette County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Shannon Morris, Jason Crist, a fifty-year-old man from Victor, got into an argument with somebody over the phone.
He then allegedly drove to the victim’s house and hit him with his car, causing serious injuries.
Crist has been charged with malicious assault and attempt to commit a felony.
