FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County man is facing charges related to fraud.
Sheriff Mike Fridley says Danny Armstrong of Mossy has been arrested on allegations relating to fraud. Armstrong is accused of using a credit card of a relative without permission to obtain money for personal gain.
He has been charged with the felony offenses of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Fraud in Connection With an Access Device.
He will now await court proceedings.
