SCARBRO, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County man was arrested this evening for soliciting a juvenile.
This afternoon Fayette County Sheriffs Deputies were contacted regarding an incident involving the possible solicitation of a minor in the Scarbro area. Further investigation showed that a man sent sexually explicit photographs of himself to who he believed to be a local 16-year-old female.
Herman Bryant, 44 of Scarbro, was charged with Soliciting a Minor via Computer. He was able to post the $15,000 bond set by the Fayette County Magistrate’s Office.
