Fayette County Man Arrested For Prostitution, Another Man In Jail For Solicitation

MONTGOMERY, WV (WOAY) – Two Fayette County men are in jail after police discover a man had prostituted himself to another man for 20 dollars and drugs.

According to court documents, on November 28th, 2018, at around 1:10 am, a patrolman observed a dark-colored Ford F-150 on the left side of the road with headlights on.   Tyler Schoolcraft had jumped up in his seat and went towards the door.   The officer asked the driver, Timothy Williams Jr. if he had a reason for his pants being below his knees and he stated he was receiving oral sex from the defendant.

Schoolcraft told police he had paid 20.00 dollars for oral sex and split a bag of drugs he bought in Montgomery.

Williams told police that he knew Schoolcraft for a long time and they were friends.   Initially, Williams told police that none of what happened was right, but then later retracted his statement.  Williams went on to say, he did do the dope with Schoolcraft and was receiving oral sex from him, but did not know he was a male nor did he know he was a prostitute.

Schoolcraft gave a verbal statement about the incident and did mention he has been pimped out multiple times.

Schoolcraft is facing charges of obstructing and prostitution. Williams is charged with solicitation and obstruction.  Both men are in the Southern Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
