Fayette County juvenile uses school computer to bring attention to a sexual abuse incident

VICTOR, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County man is facing sexual misconduct allegations.

Sheriff Mike Fridley says, Brendan Tracy Willis of the Victor area turned himself in this morning to answer felony warrants obtained by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department.

Willis is charged with two counts of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse and two counts of Sexual Abuse by Parent/Guardian/Custodian.

This follows an investigation conducted by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, as well as the Child Protective Services and the Just for Kids Advocacy Center.

The juvenile victim bravely used a school computer to bring attention to the situation.

Willis will now await court proceedings.
