FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – The Fayette County Health Department will be closed temporarily. Due to the increased viral prevalence within the community, and the fact that there are several staff members with symptoms of COVID, a decision was made to close the health department pending test results.
The office is currently being sanitized. Although the office will be closed, there will be someone answering phones from 8 am – 4 pm. If you have questions or need assistance, please call 304-574-1617.
