Oak Hill, WV (WOAY)-The Fayette County Democratic Women’s Club is helping neighbors gear up for the colder months with a free community soup dinner and winter clothing giveaway.
The event is happening Saturday, November 8, at the Gateway Center in Smithers from noon until 4:00 pm while supplies last.
Organizers say anyone in need is welcome to stop by for a warm meal and to pick up coats, hats, and other winter essentials as the temperatures begin to drop.
