Fayette Co. Man Sentenced for Drug Charge

FAYETTEVILLE– A Fayette County man was sentenced Wednesday on a drug charge from last year.

Marcus Briscoe was sentenced to one to fifteen years in prison after an earlier guilty plea to delivery of oxycodone. In Octovber of last year Briscoe also plead guilty to two counts of petit larceny stemming from incidents at Bandy’s Sunoco in Lavista and Rivers Expeditions in Oak Hill. He was sentenced to six months in jail on those charges.
