Family Court office in Pocahontas and Webster Counties closed due to potential COVID-19 exposure

WEBSTER SPRINGS, WV (WOAY) – Twenty-Seventh Family Court Circuit (Pocahontas and Webster Counties) Judge Joyce Morton is closing her offices in both counties through at least the end of this week on the advice of county health department officials.

No one who works in either the Webster County or Pocahontas County courthouses has been confirmed to have COVID-19. An employee of Judge Morton has had potential secondary exposure.

Judge Morton’s offices will be closed through Friday and will tentatively reopen Monday.
