SOPHIA, WV (WOAY) – Faith Medical Family Practice and Urgent Care held its grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony this afternoon in Sophia.
The medical facility offers annual wellness exams, women’s health exams, and lab services. Starting tomorrow, the center will be open from Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. for the month of September. On October 1st, the operation hours will change to 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
“We take walk-ins as well as appointments. Patients can come and get a full range of care, lab work can be done on-site,” said Family Nurse Practitioner, Samantha hayes.
“We are here to support the community, provide people with a place to come to get their healthcare on their time and not just on a normal Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm time.”
