LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA. – An encounter with a suspected intoxicated female on March 22, 2018, uncovered approximately six pounds of marijuana, over $1500 in cash, 200 grams of THC oil and led to the arrest of a West Virginia woman involved in the distribution of narcotics.

Lisa M. Polk, 56, of Capon Bridge, WV was driving in the area of Route 7 near Round Hill, Va. when she came upon deputies conducting traffic control in the area for a downed utility line. Polk was asking for directions from a deputy who determined she was possibly under the influence of alcohol.
