Deputies in Greenbrier County searching for woman who escaped home confinement

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department needs your help locating a woman who removed her GPS monitoring bracelet and escaped home confinement.

Shannon Boswell
Age 52
Height: 5’07”
Weight 160
Original Charges: Financial Exploitation

Ms. Boswell’s last known location was in Delbarton, Mingo County, West Virginia.
Due to not wanting to follow the current rules for Covid-19 of the facility in Delbarton that she was in, this individual decided to remove her GPS monitoring bracelet and skip out before Home Confinement Officers could arrive at her location to graciously give her a ride home. Based upon this poor decision, Ms. Boswell is now currently wanted for escape from home confinement.

If you know the whereabouts of Ms. Boswell or are Ms. Boswell, and feel inclined to do so, please contact the Greenbrier County home confinement office at (304) 647-1389, the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department at (304) 647-6634 or the Greenbrier County 911 Center at (304) 647-7911 (24 hours).
