RALEIGH CO., WV (WOAY) – Harper Road near Eccles will be closed for at least a couple of hours because a crane has fallen off of a trailer, according to Raleigh Co. 911.
Dispatchers say the accident happened around 2:30 p.m. when the truck hauling the trailer and crane overturned.
That area is near the Alpha Mine.
