Concord University is looking for STEM degree holders for rural teaching opportunities

ATHENS, WV (WOAY) – If you’re currently an undergraduate in a STEM degree, this scholarship may be for you. Concord is currently accepting applications to the Noyce STEM Fellows’ Master of Teaching program.

The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship through the National Science Foundation offers this grant for rural teaching opportunities.

There are still spaces available in their spring cohort that’ll start in January.

Concord’s Masters of Arts in Teaching program is a completely online program that offers professional education courses, clinical experiences, and student teaching that’ll prepare students to teach in certain studies in grades pre-k to adult.

Students in the program will receive a tuition stipend, funds to cover supplies, a technology package, and more. You can visit the link below to see eligibility requirements and apply.
