City of Bluefield announces Halloween plans

BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – The City of Bluefield announces their plans for Halloween.

Halloween will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 6-8 p.m. Residents planning to pariticpate should leave their front porch light on.
