Census Jobs in Southern West Virginia

The U.S. Census Bureau is modernizing the way they count the population. A major part of the process comes in the form of their 2018 End-to-End Census Test.

“This test helps us to have information, in terms of cost cost-efficient ways to conduct the census. We take our findings and then we inform Census design,” said partnership specialist Rose Simmons.

The Census needs West Virginians to make the test a success, and they’re hiring in Fayette, Greenbrier, McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Pocahontas, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming Counties.

“Our jobs begin at $12 per hour and go up to $16.25 per hour. We’d like to get as many people scheduled for a recruiting session as possible, and encourage them to call today,” said Simmons.

If you would like to schedule a recruiting session with the Census, call 1-88-480-1639.
