Car Crashes Into Home, One Killed After Argument Leads to Shooting in Princeton

PRINCETON– One person has died after being shot during an argument in Mercer County.

State Police say 19 year old  Bailey Alan Dickerson was found inside his car on Sunday on Old Pisgah Road. They say it appears three suspects had picked a fight with Dickerson in that area and shot into the truck hitting him in the torso.

Dickerson attempted to flee the scene but lost consciousness and crashed into a home.

He was transported to Princeton Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The suspect is Thomas Shine and he in custody. Shine has been charged with second degree murder, 2 counts of wanton endangerment and 1 count of brandishing a deadly weapon.
