Bluefield Man Arrested On Drug Charges

BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – One man is in jail after police find more than 350 pills and over a pound of marijuana.

On Tuesday, August 21, 2018, The Bluefield West Virginia Police Department assisted the Southern Regional Drug & Violent Crime Task Force in executing a search warrant on Alvin Gardner of Princeton.

Recovered in the search was:
193 Oxymorphone pills
165 Oxycodone pills
15 Alprazolam pills
Over a pound of marijuana
A large amount of cash.

Gardner is charged with 4 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail.
