Bluefield Man Arrested For Kidnapping And Malicious Wounding

BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – A Bluefield man is arrested for kidnapping.

On Monday, March 19, 2018, Patrolman K.L. Ross and Sergeant Detective K.L. Adams with the Bluefield West Virginia Police department arrested Buddy Allen Tibbs, JR.

Tibbs was charged with: Kidnapping; Malicious Wounding; Domestic Battery and Domestic Assault.

Tibbs was taken to Bluefield City Jail and processed then transported to Southern Regional Jail, where he awaits arraignment.
