Beckley Taco Bell Kicks-Off Organization To Help Children Who Have Been Abandoned And Abused

BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – Early this month, the Taco Bell located on Eisenhower Drive in Beckley, kicked-off the holiday season for Kingswood Home for Children.

Workers are asking for a donation for the organization.  Children who have been abandoned, abused, neglected, or displaced come to Kingswood and find shelter, safety, and can begin putting back the pieces of their broken world.

The Kingswood Home For Children is a private, residential home for ages 5-18 providing a safe place.

“I’m one worker it hit home, too. From my background, it’s simply to some of the children that we are helping on a personal level.  I feel like it’s a blessing to be a part of something that is special. I know Christmas is possible because of work we are putting in,” said Brian Sizemore, Assistant Manager

This Saturday from 5-7 pm, kids can stop by and see Santa Claus and get a photo with him.
