Beckley, WV (WOAY)- The Beckley Sanitary Board advises residents and visitors of an upcoming temporary road closure on Pinewood Drive in the Maxwell Hill area of Beckley.
Contractors will complete an emergency replacement of the storm sewer 10 feet below the roadway on Monday, August 12.
During the project, Pinewood Drive will be closed to all-through traffic between the intersections of Maxwell Hill Rd and Teel Rd.
Drivers are advised to follow the work zone’s detour signs and speed limits.
Residents will have access to their properties at all times but may experience temporary delays and need to use alternate routes.
The board anticipates the road will reopen on Friday, August 16.
