BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – A Beckley man was sentenced in Raleigh County Court for multiple crimes on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
The Raleigh County Prosecuting Office announced that Jamar Pannell, Jr., previously on supervised probation, was sentenced to a combined sentence of 18 to 55 years in the West Virginia Penitentiary for drug delivery (oxycodone), burglary, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Mr. Pannell had previously been on probation but allegedly committed further crimes while under supervision.
The matters were investigated by the Beckley/Raleigh County Drug and Violent Crime Unit and Beckley Police Department.
