Approximately 9 months ago, Jackson was arrested for harassing the practice and doctors office. The victim’s director investigated the incident and provided Mr. Jackson with resolutions but he would not stop calling the office and threatening the victim. Jackson also contacted nurses at CAMC by emailing, calling, and showing up without appointments. HE called one of the nurses and told her the name of her daughter and stated that her daughter looked good. ¬†CAMC banned Mr. Jackson and said if he returned he would be arrested.

The victim states she sent multiple emails and copied emails that Mr. Jackson sent to the office manager for Congressman Evan Jenkins. The office manager stated that the defendant started showing up at her office and stalking her.

The victim states that she can’t go to work on days that Jackson comes to the clinic. Jackson would glare at the defendant and continue to drive up and down in front of the clinic while she was working.

Most of the harassing threats and claims occurred from Jackson’s residence by personal computer or phone.
