UPDATE: AT&T IS NOW REPORTING THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED
CHARLESTON– Some AT&T mobile customers may be having trouble when trying to call 911 during an emergency.
AT&T said on Twitter the company is having a nationwide outage. Dispatchers said when customers dial 911 they are not able to get through.
There’s no word on when the problem will be fixed.
If you have an emergency and cannot reach emergency officials by using 911 here are a list of alternate numbers:
