OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – The annual White Oak Rail Trail Expo has been canceled due to COVID-19.
Organizers say they are heartbroken to have to cancel the Rail Trail Expo this year; it’s been a staple event for nine years.
The White Oak Rail Trail Expo will return next year.
