Allen – charged with high speed chase and wanted for shooting & robbery – caught

FAYETTE CO., WV (WOAY) – Another suspect investigators think was part of a gang that shot and tried to rob a woman Monday has been arrested.

Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies say 28-year-old Bryan Keith Allen turned himself in around noon today.  Allen lives in Oak Hill.  He’s charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and Attempted Robbery.  He’s being held at the Southern Region Jail and has a $75,000 bond.

You may remember Allen was also involved in a high speed chase a couple of weeks ago which caused several wrecks.

He was out on bond for that when deputies say he helped break into the home of Angelina Jones.  Investigators say she was shot in the abdomen.  She ended up grabbing the gun and shooting one of the suspects twice in the leg.
