Alderson, WV (WOAY)- The Alderson Archers recently traveled to Louisville, Kentucky, for the 2025 NASP Eastern National Archery Tournament, competing in both bullseye and 3d divisions.
The elementary team impressed with a 7th-place finish out of 184 teams in bullseye and 12th place out of 91 teams in 3D.
Several archers celebrated personal bests.
Notable performances include Kinley Honaker, who shot a 281 in bullseye and 282 in 3D, and Colten Rose, who shot a 286 in bullseye and 282 in 3D for the middle school team.
In 3D, Reagan Honaker and Ryder Victorino both shot 268, while Taylor Shafer scored 256.
The spotlight shines brightest on Gaia Wilmer, who earned a 278 in bullseye.
Willmer also placed second among 4th-graders and finished 11th overall among elementary girls, earning the title of NASP All-American Archer.
