The organization is now accepting applications for a full-time Development Director, a key leadership role focused on fundraising and development across the region.
Since its launch in 2022, this position has played a vital role in sustaining Active SWV’s mission: to improve health, expand access to physical activity, and strengthen communities.
The next Development Director will lead efforts to secure grants, engage donors, grow community partnerships, and boost long-term sustainability.
The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, full benefits including health insurance and retirement match, plus PTO and hybrid work flexibility.
Preferred candidates will have at least five years of fundraising experience, a nonprofit background, and ties to West Virginia.
