A UBB Memorial Bench Is Destroyed In Wyoming County, Police Looking For Suspect(s)

PINEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Police in Pineville are looking for suspects that destroyed a UBB memorial bench.

Pineville Police believe they have a vehicle and two persons of interest right now.

The memorial was of Adam Morgan, 21, who died in the Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster in April 2010.

Chris Ellis, a resident of Pineville tells WOAY that he had the benches made at the park.  He and his friend William Laxton is offering a cash reward totaling, 1,000 dollars leading to the identity and arrest of the individual(s) that destroyed the memorial bench.
