FAYETTE, WV (WOAY)- Antonio Reyes has been charged with the felony offense of Burglary and the misdemeanor offenses of Trespassing and Destruction of Property.
According to Fayette County Sheriff Mike Fridley, deputies responded to a trespassing complaint on Summerlee Rd last night. Before they arrived, they had received word that the subject had kicked in the home’s back door and entered.
He tried to start a fight with the family inside but later found out that they were his ex-girlfriend’s family. After deputies arrived, they did find evidence of forced entry and well as several holes punched into the wall.
