A Fayette County Couple Arrested For Burglary

KINCAID, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County couple is in jail today for burglarizing a home in Kincaid.

At about 9:00 am this morning Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home on Theatre Road in Kincaid regarding a possible Burglary complaint. Deputies found two subjects who appeared to be living out of a back room in this house, which is owned by someone out of the area. A vigilant neighbor noticed these two subjects loading items out of the home and into an older model white Dodge truck and notified the owner. The owner of the home authorized Deputies to enter her home to see if anyone was there and if anything was missing.

Gary Allen Underwood (31 of Lochgelly) and Katie Marie Eagle (33 of Lochgelly) were both arrested for the felony offense of Burglary. They were unable to post the $10,000 bond issued by the Fayette County Magistrates Office and were transported to the Southern Regional Jail.

Deputies are still attempting to locate the white Dodge truck. This incident remains under investigation by Sgt. LA. Crisp and Deputy First Class G.W. Rinehart.
