4 Fayette County Residents Facing Numerous Felony Charges; Including Attempt To Manufacture A Clandestine Lab

SCARBRO, WV (WOAY) – A search for stolen property in Scarbro leads to numerous felony charges.

On Tuesday night,  Deputies executed a search warrant at 1621 Scarbro Road in an attempt to locate stolen property from a burglary incident that occurred nearby. While conducting the search of the home, precursors used in the manufacturing of methamphetamines were located.  Four individuals in the home were arrested on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges.

Christopher Canterbury, 35 of Scarbro,  was charged with the felony offenses of Attempting to Manufacture a Clandestine Laboratory,  2 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, and Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearm.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristen Logan, 31 of Scarbro, was charged with the felony offenses of Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property,  Attempt to Manufacture a Clandestine Laboratory,  2 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics,  2 counts of Conspiracy, and Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearm.

 

 

 

 

 

Adam Okes, 33 of Scarbro, was charged with the felony offenses of Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property,  Attempt to Manufacture a Clandestine Laboratory,  2 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics and 2 counts of Conspiracy.

 

 

 

 

 

Jeremiah Dove, 40 of Scarbro, was charged with the felony offenses of Attempt to Manufacture a Clandestine Laboratory,  Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and 2 counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Narcotics.

 

 

 

 

 

All 4 failed to post $40,000 bonds.
