Lane pleads not guilty to sexually abusing his foster child

FAYETTEVILLE – Around 25 people are arraigned in Fayette County Circuit Court on Thursday morning for the next grand jury term, including a man who pleaded not guilty to sexually abusing his foster child.

Gaylor Keith Lane, 57, of Victor faces two counts of sexual assault in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust to a child.  Lane had his foster daughter perform oral sex on him back in 2012, according to the criminal complaint.

Lane was released on bond. His jury trial is set for March 12 at 9 a.m.
